Double Adventure | whale watching & Snorkel with the Turtles ( per person trip)

The Double Adventure is our signature private charter — and the ultimate ocean experience on the Gold Coast. But on this occasion we are offering it per person

We leave from Tweed Heads and head out to the humpback whale migration grounds first, watching these magnificent giants breach, tail-slap and spy-hop around the boat. Then we cruise on to Cook Island Marine Reserve, where your group slips into the crystal-clear water to snorkel with resident sea turtles — Green, Loggerhead and Hawksbill — along with wobbegong and tropical reef fish.

And here's something truly special: because the humpback migration passes right through these waters, there's a real chance you'll hear whales singing underwater while you snorkel. That deep, otherworldly sound echoing through the ocean while a turtle glides past you is something you simply don't forget.

The experience is yours to shape. Want more time snorkelling? We trim the whale watching. Whales putting on a show? We stay out longer. It's your private charter — you set the pace. Allow approximately 3–4 hours.

What's included:

• Private boat — just your group (max 8 guests, 6 is ideal)
• Experienced, certified guide
• Turtle Code of Conduct briefing
• All safety equipment and flotation devices
• Snorkel gear hire available: $20 per person (wetsuit, mask, snorkel & fins)
• GoPro hire available: $50 per session

Good to know:

• Seasonal: June to November only (humpback migration)
• Weather-dependent: if conditions make for an unpleasant day on the open water, we offer Kirra Reef as an alternative snorkel location if you prefer
• No alcohol on the vessel
• Bring a windbreaker, sunscreen and seasickness tablets if needed
• Let us know before booking if there is anyone under 12 years old
